Thanks for this. I think I have narrowed my options down to 1. insurance via IPPL or Arnold Fisher or 2. trust account via TTA.

OK THen here is the good and bad news
1) You have to get insurance bonding (employer liability) based on an approx turn over in first year. (Make this low as you can increase it later)

I come under the definition of Tour Organiser according to my reading of the differences but definitely not a travel agent.

When we tried to do it we found the obstacles impossible.
Are you a tour operator or a travel agent (they have different rules)

Is there a simple way to do this with the bank directly? The BERR Guidance on the Regs say you can have a sum of money in a Trust Account which covers all liabilities at any one time which is left untouched in…
