I did look at both Hayes and Freedom Travel Group (having been a homeworker for both in the past) but the costs worked out too much for a Start up. I ended up joining the TTA.

Yes this is correct - TourCMS is pretty much (pretty much) designed for companies with their own products to sell - or who are taking responsibility for product contracts from a supplier.
Tailor made, of course, TourCMS can do pretty much anything…

I did look at this but TourCMS is designed for a Tour Operators own packages - not dynamically packaging from a range of flight sources, bedbanks and transfers/taxi/car hire companies.

With regadrs to charter flights, your best bet is to open a Trade account with Thomson Retails to cover first choice and Thomson Flights, Thomas Cook Holidays, Avro/Cosmos, Kiss Flights and Teleticket Flights. There are probably other Charter broker…

All depends on where you want to base packages and whether you want Charter Flights or Scheduled Flights.
We use Triton Airfares, Travel2, Goldmedal, Virgin Flight Store, Jetset Flights, Major Flights, Grieves Travel and JTA Online.
