- My name is Ankit Sood and i hail from the Kullu valley of Himachal Pradesh in India. I am a qualified tourism professional with M Phil and Masters Degree in tourism. Along with running Sunshine Himalayan Adventures for the last 16 years which specializes in working with local communities for their capacity building in tourism , we run specialized tours all over North India.
I am also a lecturer of ecotourism at the undergraduate level in the HP university where i work for 6 months in the offseason.
I also run a social project called the Kullu project which is a free project facilitating volunteer placements with orphanages and poor schools in the Kullu valley. For details
