How should I differentiate my Mount Kilimanjaro climbs from other companies?
Hi my name is Henry Stanley from East Africa Tanzania and am the CEO of Tanzania Superior Guides Expeditions ltd, My company is dealing with tourism and mount Kilimanjaro climb, am looking for the foreign tour agent that i can work with? i will so delighted to see some reply on that issue.

I heard a statistic the other day that surprised me - are there really several hundred local tour operators selling Kilimanjaro climbs?
If that number is right, then there is a lot you need to do in order to put yourself in a position where you are ahead of the others as I imagine it is highly competitive. Am I right?

Thanks Alex for your reply, your very right we are in good position because our nature is from Kilimanjaro where that mountain is belonging!! so we have inbound mountain guides to lead our clients to Mounting Kilimanjaro. Also we have the fair cost for climbing and Security to our clients!!
