I have a new tour operating business that organise thematic tours in South of France.
My sales network is null and I would like to know what is the best way to find independent travel agents to sell my tour in the UK?
And do you think that tele-markerting can be an option to sell my tours or it's not something we do in this industry?

My experience is that what independent travel agents/tour operators are looking for is a niche product. If you can give them a unique selling point (and preferably something new and interesting) on one product then that can open the door to work with them (even if they end up your other products).
Take the time to look up companies selling your destination and to the right market, then take the time to find the appropriate person in the organisation - people do not like cold emails/calls so make sure your contact is direct, interesting and to the point. In my opinion a controlled direct approach to a smaller amount of operators will be more successful (and cost effective) than tele-marketing.
