Dear Moderators & Old/new members,
I believe some rumours spread out there about Myanmar Bengali/Rohingya crisis in Arakan region these late 2017. Kofi Annan conducted a inspection mission, Priscilla Clap asserted the ground condition in BBC and now the Pope just visited Myanmar.
Being a local and tourism operator, let me attest the current situations are completely fine to travel to Myanmar. Major destinations (Yangon, Bagan, Mandalay, Inle lake & Ngapali beach) are perfectly safe and no intact or any effect at all by the crisis. Travellers are in and out as before with no worries.
But, due to those rumours out there, resulted the tourism of Myanmar less tourists this year. Bookings were cancelled, apprehensive questions asked. Authorities already publicly declared the places are fine and no problem to go about. So, please feel ease to come and visit to Myanmar.
Any questions or assistance can be asked me here in the thread or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Have a happy travel and good tourism earnings!
