I already wrote to many host agencies in the US, but I didn't find one who would like to cooperate with me as I don't live in the US. Will they accept if I have an adress in the US, like for example one on http://www.oneusaaddress.com ?

I can get you direct contacts with Hotelbeds (hotels and transfers wordlwide), Medhotels (hotels and vacation packages), Jumbo (hotels in vacation destinations), and aerticket.de (air tickets).

Good thing with all these wholesalers is that you can buy at wholesale rate and sell at your own price, also you can pay direct to the suppliers if you want. The suppliers are listed only on the vouchers so they remain transparent to your customers.
They all work with XML so you could integrate them all into your website (rates, availability, instant confirmations), but it will be a huge undertaking development-wise.
If you want to work with US suppliers and host agencies, your best bet is to get CLIA number and have address in USA for example via Transexpress. Also get a VOIP phone number in the same city, for example from Callcentric. Then get EIN# (employer identification number - tax number) from U.S. IRS for your business (you can get one as a foreign business for U.S. tax purposes) and you will be all set.

I sent you couple of private messages with contacts for hotel contracting, flights and car rentals. I hope you find what you need. My advise to you is to start with Hotelbeds, because they have hotels, transfers, excursions, tickets, etc. and with hotelspro to get immediate access to their booking system. Also start working with Aerticket for flights.
With most of the contacts it's best you say you are a tour operator, not a travel agent, it's just it's easier to make contracts with them if you say you are a tour operator.
I would also like assistance with regards to the contacts that you shared with Laurent. We are expanding and need to have the best nett rates to offer competitive rates to our clients.
