I run a land-only tour operator and am considering offering flights as part of our package. As well as the financial burden of obtaining an Atol I was wondering what other obligations I would have to the consumer if things went wrong e.g. Ryanair cancelling flights. Would the onus on me to rearrange these, or does that fall with the airline?
